On June 5, Will You Stand Up for Big Tobacco? http://CaliforniaVsBigTobacco.com The choice is pretty simple: Yes on Prop 29 is a $1 fee on cigarettes to support cancer research, save lives, and keep kids from smoking. No on Prop 29 is bankrolled with $40 million from Big Tobacco (why hello Philip Morris).
League of Women Voters representative Debbie Blum will be explaining the June ballot propositions. We will also be showing the Brave New Films one hour video “The Koch Brothers Exposed”. For further info on the Koch family’s current efforts to drag America back into the 19th century see this Bloomberg article.
