Greetings From Our New Prez!

It is with much humility that I step into the shoes of the inimitable Ruth Rollins, as your new Point Loma Democratic Club president. She’s going to be a very tough act to follow. It’s been fortunate that I’ve been following Ruth around for the last six months in her special training program for deer-in-the-headlights greenhorns. This is our chance to help build a stronger and more effective Party. Our Delegates will represent the District and keep us apprised of information, direction and education. Our members are planning to bring home what they learn with a post-convention presentation to the Club. The convention begins the term for the 2013-2015 delegates. Party business for these delegates will include electing statewide party officers as well as adopting resolutions. We plan to discuss suggestions for resolutions at our Club meeting …
