Filing has closed, the candidates are known, the Democratic Convention is over and the hardwork is about to begin with the final push from now to the election on November 3.

But it’s still summertime, and that means it’s time for a strictly social affair with our Annual Summer Potluck and fundraising for the Western Service Workers Association.

Sunday August 30, 3:30PMZoom registration

This year the focus is on the social with no formal. A chance to kick back before Labor Day, celebrate friendships and plans for the future.

Feel free to invite your friends and potential members to attend and meet fellow Democrats, candidates and elected officials, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

This year there is no organized BBQ, instead everything is a Potluck and you are encouraged to BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer), or wine, cocktails or soft drinks.

This year as we won’t be able to bring physical school supplies instead you can donate virtually to help the Western Service Workers Assocation.

Unemployment officially reached 43% in the neighborhood near WSWA’s office, so school supplies are needed more than ever. Please donate what you can:
