This year we have a lot to celebrate. After all of the local election results we can agree, at least for a while – “It’s a Wonderful Life.” We don’t have a meeting at the Assembly in December, but we do march in the OB Parade!
All members and their friends are invited to take part to celebrate our Blue Wave! Clubmember Jimmy Tabb will be driving his Gran Torino convertible, and we’ll have a truck and a boat! Dress blue, make yourself glow, be sure you’re well lit (!)
We’ll be joined by Congressmember Scott Peters and Jen Campbell, our newly elected City Councilmember for District 2.
We’ll have a pre-parade party a few blocks away from the parade starting at 3pm, address provided when you RSVP.
We’ll gather on the corner of Newport and Sunset Cliffs Blvd at 4:00pm ready for the Parade start at 5:05pm.
Allow time for parking, you may (more than likely, will) have to park several blocks away.
Kids, strollers and wheelchairs are welcome.
