Monday, Assembly Member Toni Atkins formally took over the gavel as Speaker of the California State Assembly. The first San Diego homecoming event on her schedule following her assumption of Speakership duties is San Diego Democrats for Equality’s reception on May 24th.
In Lieu of their regular May 22nd San Diego Democrats for Equality Meeting, they ask that we join them in a Toast to Toni Atkins, Speaker of the California Assembly, to Welcome Our Speaker Home to San Diego
