Voter Registration

It’s always important, but between now and the run off election for Mayor of San Diego it’s doubly important.

Greg Bolian has for years led the local effort to register new Democratic voters, and he and his crew were hard at work today after the downtown naturalization ceremony for new citizens.

If you’re interested in volunteering for similar events you can email Greg and he’ll get you on the mailing list for the next event, as well as arranging to get you trained on the ins and outs of the registration form, and commonly asked questions.

The atmosphere at these events is always very positive with a lot of happy new citizens from all over the world, excited to start taking part in our great experiment in democracy. It’s inspiring to meet and register new, enthusiastic Democratic voters!
