The San Diego City Council is considering whether or not to pass an Ordinance extending prevailing wage to City projects in San Diego. We know from experience prevailing wages on public projects are a win-win for local workers and the community. Not only do prevailing wage standards expand apprenticeship training for local residents, they ensure we create good, middle-class jobs in the community. Can you do your part to help us expand prevailing wages to City of San Diego projects by attending the City Council hearing on Tuesday, July 30th?
